Newland Homes have submitted their application for 95 homes on land at Tops Garden Centre. Please review and comment on CDC Planning Website before 18th December.

Outline planning application for the erection of 60 dwellings with means of access, at Foxwold House, Land South-west Of Broad Marston Lane Mickleton.

Brookworth Homes
APPLICATION Resubmitted
Brrokworth Homes have resubmitted their application on the land behind Cala Homes, this time for 85 houses. This is on land that the draft CDC Local Plan recommends for 40 houses.
Closing date for comments is 30th September 2026. An extension to this date has been requested.
