Newland Homes Planning Application to be Decided by CDC on 13th May at 2pm.

CDC have published the agenda for their next Planning Council session, which includes a decision on the Newland Homes application at Tops.  The proposal is to PERMIt this outline application.  MAID's Andy Crump will attend the hearing and has requested time to address the committee.  Follow the link below to the Case Officer's Report which runs from page 21 to 99, or skip to the summary starting on page 91.

Press Covers Planned Mickleton Protest (Cotswold Journal 15/4/26)

Mickleton Against Inappropriate Development (MAID), will be protesting in the field behind Topps Garden Centre on Saturday (April 18) at 10.45am.

The protest is part of 'a day of action' in support of the Community Planning Alliance to 'keep the green part of our country free of dreaded housing estates'.

It comes as nearly 2,500 people signed a MAID petition in just two weeks for the Government to rethink its housing targets.

COMMUNITY PLANNING ALLIANCE - DAY OF ACTION - APRIL 18th

  

The Community Planning Alliance are holding a Day of Action on April 18th.  MAID is inviting residents to gather at the field beyond TOPS where Catesby Estates have submitted a planning application, at 10:45.  Follow the public footpath from the wooden bridge at the end of Hamilton Close, through TOPS, and out the other side.  What3Words is ///snuck.dripping.feel

MPC Public Consultation for Catesby Estates Outline Application. (MPC Website 27/1/26)

Catesby Estates submit Outline Planning Application
